All sales are final, we do not accept returns of shipped books.
In limited circumstances (for example, a mistakenly placed order), we may issue refunds for items that have not already shipped. If you have a problem with your order please contact us as soon as possible.
The credit card processors keep the fees if we refund your purchase or not, so the maximum refund will be the purchase price minus the credit card processing fees. Fees are currently 30ยข + 2.9% (and subject to change without notice).
